The Tambaya Factory located in the MUKURWE-INI area. The annual rainfall is around 1100mm, and there are two rain and harvest period. October to February will be the main production season, and the minor production (fly crop) will be from May to June.
There are more than 900 small farmers in the Tambaya factory. Each small farmer has around 175 coffee trees, and the production capacity of each tree is only about 6 pounds of coffee cherries since they only focus on high-quality Kenyan coffee.
This lot has a bright orange-red fruit flavor, vibrant acidity, and very rich sweetness.
