More than half of coffee farmers are concentrated around Nan Shan State and Wacheng City, especially the area adjacent to Meimiao(Pyin Oo Lwin) is arguably the most important and best coffee producing area in Myanmar.

Mr. Lim is the president of Alomo Cooperative, which is located in South Shan State, Myanmar. It mainly processes coffee beans with an average height of 1500 to 1700 meters, include Catimor, Catuai, Cuturra and Bourbon.

Description Process

Aromatic Cooperative Estate purchases coffee from the surrounding coffee farmers selects the coffee fruit by hand and then left the coffee cheery in the bag for 72 hours of anaerobic treatment. After completion, it is naturally dried in an elevated shed instead of directly exposed to the ground, followed by Natural, Washed or Honey process.
All these strict standards and unified process methods make a clean cup coffee and full of flavour.
