Yamit is a 35 years married coffee grower, and father of 3. Yamit worked as a picker since he was 14 years old, but 6 years ago he bought farm La Esperanza with his uncle Luis Miguel Achury. The farm was planted in Castillo and Caturra, but after Yamit tried Pink Bourbon for the first time he decided to replace 4,000 Castillo trees for 4,000 Pink Bourbon trees.
This coffee is picked and fermented inside grainpro bags for 40 hours, afterfards pulped and fermented under water for 24 additional hours. Later placed on raised beds until 11% moisture content is achieved.
